Cast brass safe plate for Milners' Patent Improved Fire-Resisting & Strong Holdfast Safe.

Early twentieth century.

Dimensions: 8 3/8" x 10 3/8"

Excellent condition throughout.

The central design, cast in high relief, incorporates the Royal Coat of Arms, Neptune, a phoenix and blacksmiths at their anvil.
