A three volume set composed of separate parts, each devoted to a particular college, individually paginated. Very well illustrated with numerous steel plates and wood engravings. Volume III includes a folding plan of the University and City of Oxford.

Generally very good condition throuought. Gilt-tooled full leather bindings.. Some slight wear to spines, with minor chipping to spine label of Volume III. Internally, occasional light foxing and offsetting of plates. Text tight, clean and intact. A handsome set.
